Mark has 25+ years of data engineering & analytics experience. Before founding IGENO, he worked at both Accenture and TELUS. Much of his work has focused on leveraging data to transform organizational processes - and measure the results. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia.

With experience working in high-growth startups including Brex (acquired by Capital One) and Clio, Linh focuses on the operations and data infrastructure that growing companies run on day-to-day. She designs practical AI systems that improve visibility, reduce manual work, and make execution easier. She has a Computer Science degree from the University of British Columbia.
